There were two sheds at Agra Idgah, the first station to the west of Agra Fort. All of the photographs were taken in January 1982.

The principal station in Agra is Agra Cantt., located on the CR main line from Delhi to Bombay via Bhopal. Agra Cantt is also the junction for the connection to Tundla on the NR/ER Delhi-Calcutta route. Agra Cantt was also the terminus of the famous Taj Express from New Delhi.

| Agra Cantt was also the junction for the line to Tundla on the main NR/ER Delhi-Calcutta route, which was worked by NR CWD 2-8-2s. The CR also used CWDs for shunting at Agra Cantt. and on the Delhi-Agra line. One of these CR engines is seen stabled at Cantt in November 1980. |
